We are honored to partner with the Polish Government as part of its Polish Cybersecurity Partnership Program<\/span><\/a> (PWCyber) program to help expand the country\u2019s national cybersecurity capabilities, enhance its cyber defenses, and increase public awareness of the growing threat landscape in the digital era.<\/p>\n

Geopolitics, critical infrastructure connectivity, cybersecurity regulations and rapid advances in AI have propelled cybersecurity to the top of the list when it comes to assessing risks for government and businesses. The WEF Global Risks Report 2024<\/a> listed cybersecurity in the top 10 of global risks over the short and long term.<\/p>\n

As all aspects of our society and economy are affected by a new wave of technology innovation, it\u2019s critical that governments and businesses build their cyber resilience and strengthen their defenses against cyberattacks. Given the scale of the challenge, collaboration and partnership between them will be critical.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Cybersecurity Enabling Growth<\/h2>\n

The Polish Government has identified cybersecurity as a critical enabler for future growth, prosperity and security. The PWCyber program is an important part of the process of strengthening Poland\u2019s cybersecurity capabilities.<\/p>\n

As part of the partnership, Palo Alto Networks is working closely with the Polish Government and the wider industry on a number of important topics, including threat intelligence, incident response and network security. The company will also be able to access resources and support from the Polish Government.<\/p>\n

Recognizing the critical role of cybersecurity in safeguarding national security, economic growth and social well-being, the program focuses specifically on education and training, research and development, as well as public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n
