I'm excited to share the news that Palo Alto Networks has been recognized as a Leader in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant WAN Edge Infrastructure<\/a>! Palo Alto Networks is recognized for its \u201cCompleteness of Vision\u201d and \u201cAbility to Execute\u201d and is positioned as a Leader two years in a row. We believe this is a testament to our vision of offering a next-generation SD-WAN solution that is application-defined, autonomous and cloud-delivered. Both enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSP) continue to select Prisma SD-WAN<\/a> with its powerful security integrations for a complete secure access service edge<\/a> (SASE) solution.<\/p>\n

<\/a>New 5G Integrated SD-WAN Appliance<\/h2>\n

Our innovation engine on SD-WAN is thriving. We recently released a new integrated 5G SD-WAN appliance<\/a>. Not only is it the only 5G solution in the market that is fully integrated while offering complete SD-WAN capabilities, we have also priced our solution to avoid a second truck-roll for customers that only have LTE\/4G connectivity currently in their regions. This capability was released subsequent to the submissions of this Gartner report. As a result, we are pleased to continue announcing new innovations in the market.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Enhanced AI\/ML-Powered Operations<\/h2>\n

We believe that automation using AI\/ML will transform the economics of operating the WAN. Per Gartner, \u201cBy 2025, 40% of enterprises with SD-WAN deployments will use artificial intelligence (AI) functions to automate Day 2 operations, compared with fewer than 5% in 2021.\u201d Prisma SD-WAN customers have seen up to 99% reduction in trouble-tickets<\/a> and have dramatically increased the productivity of networking teams by using our artificial intelligence operations for IT<\/a> (AIOps) capabilities. As part of the Prisma SD-WAN 5.6 release, we have added AIOps<\/a> enhanced dashboards that provide rich telemetry of network insights, including Chatops and ServiceNow integrations, allowing admins to automate traditional manual tasks. With our ML-powered event correlation and analysis engine, we are committed to \u201cputting- sand-in-the-feet\u201d of the network administrators to ease the pain of Day-2 operations.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Industry\u2019s Most Complete SASE Solution<\/h2>\n

Gartner states, \u201cBy 2024, more than 70% of SD-WAN customers will have implemented a secure access service edge (SASE) architecture, compared with 40% in 2021.\u201d I\u2019m proud to say that Palo Alto Networks has the most complete SASE solution with powerful integrations across Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access.
